Some work in progress...

I'm staying close, I've started in Killarney, a few well known sites and I think I will move along the Kerry coast for a bit.
I actually find it quite interesting to rediscover "proper" landscapes and would also be tempted to revisit the same views with the different lights of the day.
Je ne me suis pas trop eloignee, j'ai commence a Killarney, avec quelques endroits bien connus et je crois que je me deplacerai le long de la cote de Kerry.
Je suis quand meme surprise a quell point redecouvrir les "vrais" paysages m'interesse et je serais meme tentee de revisiter ces memes vues avec toutes les subtilites de la lumiere a differentes heures du jour.

Rachel Burke, another Irish artist. I met this girl when I first came to Ireland, she is the real deal, amazing talent!

I have just updated my website www.jessicabaronartist.com, I had taken a rather long break from painting, only doing a few commissions in the last 2 years while bringing up my two angels and I was itching to get back to it. So after a few technical hiccups I finally got the site live, with a bit of old stuff but the new is coming very soon.

Je viens tout juste de refaire mon site internet (voir adresse ci-dessus). J'avais pris une pause prolongee, avec seulement quelques commandes et mes deux petits anges pour me tenir occupee! Ca me demangeait de me remettre a la peinture. Alors apres quelques difficultees techniques, le site est finalement en ligne avec des pieces des dernieres annees mais le nouveau y sera ajoute tres bientot.

Living in the hills of county Cork and Kerry now, there is expanding views everywhere I turn and I have to give it a go! Coming soon!

 

Je revisitais ce que j'ai fait dans le passe, pensant a ce que serait ma prochaine voie et ca m'a frappe que mes paysages (voir lien ci-dessus) etaient tous de tres proche, je n'etais pas sortie du bois comme on dit! Alors c'est mon prochain "challenge", prendre mes distances. Je vis au milieu des collines des comtes Cork et Kerry en Irlande, ou la vue s'etend pour des miles devant mes yeux, je dois m'y mettre. A venir!

So here we are; I have a blog! One should not resist the trends of the modern world so I embrace it. Will it be remotely interesting, it remains to be seen!

 

Alors Voila; j'ai un blog! On ne devrait resister aux tendances du monde moderne, alors je m'y jette a pieds joints. Pardonnez-moi si je n'arrive pas a traduire toutes les entrees (et aussi de ne pas avoir converti mon clavier aux subtilites de la langues francaise, soit les accents!) mais je ferai mon possible, j'ai besoin de pratique alors ce sera "d'une pierre deux coups".
